If you are like me and totally stressed out this holiday season, give yourself a break and take the family to Denny’s for a relaxing dinner. You’ll have a chance to unwind, bond with your loved ones, and enjoy some of the delicious treats on the limited-time Seasonal Flavors menu!
I am a Denny’s Diner ambassador and have been compensated for this opportunity to share this delicious menu with you!
So… Last night I slept on the couch, laptop open, with a site up that would tell me if my daughter’s highly-coveted Christmas toy wish (I’ll let you guess what that might be) came into stock on any online stores. If so, the site would make a loud noise to wake me up so I could try to buy it. Yes I’m that parent. And since it didn’t come into stock, I’ll probably be lined up on Black Friday to try to grab it.
This is just one of the examples of the insanity that our November has been. My husband was busy, literally every single night, until Thanksgiving Day. We get a breather this weekend, and then it’s back to the craziness for a few more weeks until winter break gets here.
Let’s just say we needed a night out.
Denny’s is one of our favorite places to take the kids, because the menu is fantastic. They can order breakfast at any hour, or a regular lunch or dinner meal. There are tons of sides to choose from. My daughter always picks grapes, and my son likes the corn.
The boys were thrilled to order the Rudolph pancakes! Carter insisted on a “before” picture…
…and an after picture!
And of course little brother had to hold his up for a picture too!
And we were happy that the baby was asleep while we dined…
…until she wasn’t.
Actually she was very well-behaved and just enjoyed being out with her family while the rest of us ate!
Some of the highlights on the limited-time Seasonal Flavors menu are the all-new Buttermilk Pancakes, in several varieties, the Turkey Dinner, and the Holiday Cookie Shake. Popular Fall flavors are included, such as pumpkin, pecan, and caramel.
Denny’s is open 24 hours, 7 days-a-week, including Thanksgiving and Christmas for any families looking for an affordable seasonal meal while on the road during the holiday season. So if the stress of the holiday season is getting you down (or, in my case, keeping you up all night), head over to Denny’s for a much-needed break, and some delicious food, too!
