Mod Mum {review & giveaway}

Have you entered to win our Bundles of Joy Giveaway yet? If not, you can find the amazing prize packages here and here!

One of the lovely companies sponsoring the event is Mod Mum. They sell a variety of items for new and expecting moms, but the designer delivery gowns are what I was most excited about! They were kind enough to send me one to review and will be giving another away to the winner of my Bundles of Joy package.

If you've delivered a baby in a hospital, you know the fun of wearing one of those drab, generic hospital gowns, which have probably already been worn by many other mamas.

I've had a boy and a girl, and now that we are on #3, we have two full sets of clothing and everything baby needs, so this time around I thought I should spoil myself a little bit more. You know, a massage instead of having to buy a crib, or a nice rocking/nursing chair instead of onesie-after-onesie. And this time I'm also going to deliver in style!

These delivery gowns are very high quality, and they are up to hospital standards. They snap all the way down the back, and they also have the diagonal snaps on the breastbone, making it simple to nurse your newborn.

Their many adorable designs come with your choice of colored ribbon. In retrospect maybe I should have gotten a blue one, since I'm having a boy, but I think the hot pink looks pretty. I don't know how long it will stay on once delivery is in full swing, but it can always be put back on for pictures!

And after your little one arrives, these gowns can be used as nightgowns, making night feedings just a little easier!

I love my Mod Mum delivery gown, and I (almost) can't wait for the big day to come, just so I can wear it!

One lucky Shaping Up reader is going to win a delivery gown of her very own, and if you want that to be you, just hop on over here and enter to win this and other great prizes! Make sure to stop by the Mod Mum Facebook page, and let them know I sent you!
